LOAD YOUR OWN FURNITURE from their sales warehouse floor side door to your vehicle - since it was OUTLET furniture - was not communicated prior to purchase. I did ask if they had delivery and was told it was 3rd party and very expensive - about $100-125+ per piece. Not paying that when I purchased 5 pieces. While purchasing was a decent experience, picking up is completely opposite. I was told by the salesperson, Todd, pick up was open until 7 pm every day. I paid 3 times for help to get the furniture. First, on Monday afternoon, only to see they were closed, except receiving. The sign at CUSTOMER PICK UP said they were open Tuesday – Sunday until 7 pm. Possibly my mistake and I misunderstood. Second, I paid again for people to meet me there on Tuesday to pick up almost $3k worth of furniture purchased the previous Friday. I was then told since I purchased from the OUTLET (in the same building) …. I would have to pick up from them, but they are ONLY open Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and MONDAY, which I was there Monday but the wrong side of the building unknowingly. Very frustrated at this point. Friday - I paid for a 3rd time – for help picking up several pieces of furniture as I could not get it all myself. I attempted to call the number on my receipt and google every day including Friday to make sure I could pick up without issue - the phone just rings and eventually hangs up. NOW – I am told I HAVE TO LOAD THE FURNITURE MYSELF!! I am furious at this. I cannot believe I have to load myself. I tried to be understanding to the staff as it is not their fault, but at times they seemed frustrated with me… because I was upset that I had to load my own furniture! Of course, I knew I would have to unload once we got it home, which we had people at the house for that, but NOT AT THE STORE – Load yourself….WOW. The salesperson, Todd, and woman at the desk also helped load – seriously, not their job to load furniture. I was told their ONE loader was moved to the “NON-OUTLET” side. One person could not have loaded this furniture alone. Nothing was covered for transport. We had to make several trips so we did not damage the furniture, since we had no way to cover it. It was as if I was picking up from someone else’s house from a garage sale! Extremely disappointed about communication regarding pick-up times, locations, AND more so that I should have brought men to help me load my own vehicle from their sales floor side warehouse door with customers browsing furniture watching us load our own furniture! Disappointed.

The service reps were great.excellent service. It’s the purchase process. I walked in, found an item, but it took too long to purchase one simple item. There were no other customers. Thier purchase computer prices made the service rep fill out some much stuff, the poor service rep knew what he was doing, worked quickly, but it required so much info to be entered/answered it took about 20 minutes for the paperwork. Then I went to pick it up an they said it would take another 30 minutes to get out of the warehouse. I didn’t have the time. Had to cancel the purchase and leave without. They did offer free delivery but I was going out of time and that wouldn’t have helped

Was greeted promptly by Todd. He showed me what I was looking for and left me to look. Which I appreciate. After finding what I wanted was there to complete the process. I highly recommend this outlet as they have a large selection and very helpful staff. Don't trust them to connect you with other sources to deliver. Don't use Texas Tier they lie about what they will do. Then of course they are not responsible and TexasTier doesn't care. The young man told me that as he was sitting down the chair.

We visited this outlet to buy sofa and mattress for my new apartment. Sales persons greeted us well ans showed us various options for my purchase. Being a memorial day sale they offered me a good deal with price match in other sites. Everything was completed within 30 minutes and we came of the outlet with 100% satisfaction.
